Returns

Please note that we will accept returns providing that the product is unworn and in saleable condition with the original packaging and all Unforgivable tags and labels are still attached - we reserve the right to refuse your return if the item is damaged/worn.

All returns must be made within 28 days of you receiving your order.

 

If you wish to return your item, please email unforgivableclothing@gmail.com for our returns address & fill out the returns slip accordingly.

 

*Returns are at the cost of the customer - however we recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to ensure that the product returns to us safely, and so that proof of delivery is obtained.*

 

 

Shipping

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail - Signed For. We aim to reach you within 2-3 working days (please note that during Bank Holidays/Xmas periods this may vary). 

Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation email, which will contain your unique tracking number.
